"Rooms clean but hot tub was closed when I went to use it and the pool was freezing cold so didn't get to swim or use the hot tub the reason I chose this hotel"

"Elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs. We didn’t know that at booking or we probably would have selected another hotel. Also our bed dipped down in the middle when laying on it. "

"Tub would not drain adequately and would fill up with hair. Gross! Had used shampoo and conditioner bottles instead of full ones. Was NOT clean! Beds were very hard and small! Only full sized beds instead of queens! "

"The area felt safe and rhe property was well-lit. There were coffee shops, restaurants, and convenient gas and shopping nearby. The safe was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and tasted great. The beds were small and a little hard for our taste. I also would've appreciated complimentary conditioner along with the shampoo. Overall, I would recommend staying here."

"Very very clean room and front desk area. Was cleaned in bleach. You could smell it when you walked in but it was not obnoxious with the smell. "
