"Good value, clean and convenient "

"Big room, good location, quiet, loads of parking. Check in was slow, check out easy. Rooms are dated and could be maintained cleaned better. Towels worn. Loose taps in shower and cross threaded. Made it hard to maintain water temp but great water pressure. Hotel is budget friendly and good for families. Motorway is close as well as loads of eating places. Not a bad stay was what we needed for 1 night and we got good sleep."

"Clean room and extremely helpful staff. We had an issue and needed to make some local calls. We didn’t have an Australian number, so the manager/owner let us use his phone. Made it extremely easy for us to make our needed calls. Thank you."

"Our check-in experience was superb with great customer service and a warm welcome for a special occasion. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the mountains. Parking was easy (and included, with easy access to any floor from the parking garage. Breakfast was superb with a variety of options, but we were particularly impressed with the croissants! The Pullman team at Penrith Panthers are world-class and made our experience pure pleasure from start to finish. Go Panthers!"

"They have a lounge area that offers ‘Breakfast Bites’ which includes complimentary individually wrapped banana bread. So nice! Plenty of parking options."
