"Common areas of hotel were stunning and beautiful however the Vanderbilt wing rooms were older and not up to par, the hallway carpets were soiled and unattractive. So overall the resort common area was beautiful but rooms were very disappointing. "

The weight room was nice and had everything I needed to get my workouts in. Also, one of the nicest seating areas for breakfast and evening wine and cheese tasting. "The whole property is unique, in so far as it is a brand new hotel constructed within what was a dilapidated warehouse. It’s been executed beautifully, with tasteful and modern facilities and conveniences. There is ‘modern’ artwork everywhere you look. A wonderful feature is the rooftop bar and lounge. Again beautifully done and offers a great view. Also super helpful staff. It’s appropriately named and I give it my highest recommendation. A true gem👌"

"Pleasant staff. Especially Olivia (waitress during the breakfast hours at the Overlook restaurant, which is located on the first floor of the hotel) had a lovely bubbly personality. Everyone was professional and kind. The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was comfortable and clean. The facility has pool which looked nice, but we didn’t get a chance to use them "

"We stayed at this property purely as a bed for a couple of nights. The included breakfast was good and we had a great stay. Easy on site free parking and suited our needs well. Unsure of proximity to places as we just used it as a base to visit Biltmore Estate. Good value for money."
