"House was not ready for check-in. Microwave was broken. Walk to house was not shoveled or salted (Luckily we had a shovel with us and I went out and bought my own bag of rock salt). Barbeque unavailable due to being snowed in on deck (yes we would have grilled). Lake view suggested by photos is not present. The trash policy is bizarre and unacceptable.
