"We stayed at the Mediterranean for two nights before our cruise to Alaska. It was a very quaint hotel, within walking distance to the Space Needle.The desk clerk when we checked in was very nice and helpful. After we were in our room, someone knocked on the door and thought it was their room. It was not a big deal at all, but soon the desk clerk was at our door apologizing for the error and had a gift for us. It was not necessary at all, but a very nice gesture.The room was clean and comfortable. We Loved the rooftop terrace and spent a lot of time there with our friends. We would stay again when we return to Seattle and would recommend this hotel."

"After staying at the Times Square location, CitizenM SLU met the same high standard. The location is awesome, walkable to top spots like the Space Needle and close to tons of tech companies and great public transit. The rooms are compact but super functional, with smart controls and a huge, comfy bed. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Perfect for a smart, stylish, and stress-free stay as a solo traveler in Seattle."

"The stay was very nice. The amenities were fabulous. I wasn’t to happy about the resort fees. When I checked in nothing was mentioned about these. The parking garage fees seemed very high and was far away. Facility very dingy and unsafe. "

"Hotel was clean and modern, having recently been updated. Staff was friendly and helped resolve an issue with the airport shuttle. Breakfast was excellent and got us off to a good start for the day's travel."
