"I recently stayed at this property and had a very concerning experience. During my stay, I encountered what appeared to be bed bugs, which I reported immediately and documented. What was equally concerning was how the situation was handled afterward. I was told Kenyon (The Manager) would follow up, but despite calling the hotel numerous times and sending multiple emails, I received little to no communication. It took repeated effort on my end just to get a brief response. When I did connect with Kenyon, the interaction was rude, and extremely dismissive and lacked urgency, which is not appropriate given the nature of the issue. I was also told at the front desk that a resolution would be provided, but there has been no follow-through. Regardless of where you stay, situations can happen. What matters is how they are handled, and in this case, the lack of communication and accountability was disappointing. I would strongly recommend that future guests carefully inspect their rooms upon arrival.. OR better yet.. Just stay elsewhere, not worth the BED BUGS and rude manager. "

"Great hosts. They made sure to give you privacy. Because of some lingering work on their place they were concerned that it didn’t inconvenience us. Loved the place. Bed was very comfortable. We slept really well. Really like the area. Lots to do. Walking, biking and hiking trails all around. Many good restaurants in the area. "

"Impressed by cleanliness. House was centrally located to the Woodlands Country Club courses. Many places to eat and shop. Liked being able to park car in garage and store bicycles. Must use a GPS to locate nearby destinations because the community layout has all roads buffered from houses and business's by wooded areas (can't see them while driving). Area clean and quite."
