"we booked a suite - it stank so badly of cigarette smoke that we had to change rooms - they had no more suites so we got downgraded to a regular room. We asked Hotels.com to contact the hotel to confirm we changed rooms and refund me the difference but no luck so far."

"The place was not very clean. The sheets had makeup on them, and it seemed like they had not been changed from the previous guests. The shower was not working. I’m giving it 3 stars because they eventually came to fix it, but that’s not something you should have to ask for. If you ask me if I recommend it, no. My family and I did not like it. All the bedding and towels were heavily stained and looked dirty."

"Woke up late so I didn’t get to try breakfast. However, the dining facility is pristine. Parking is spacious and accessible from the elevators. I felt safe going to and from my car anytime of the day. Overall a great stay and will surely come back. "
