"Very clean, super nice staff, and quiet. Perfect for a quick getaway. Room was spotless and had an incredible view. We could overlook the very small bathroom which was the only slight downside. Its a bit off the beaten path, so not crowded at all. The staff was incredibly nice."

"You cannot beat this place in Woods hole for convenience to the ferry, price and great views of the ocean, comfortable and clean. Good beds. Has a pool alap. Older property yes but very well kept. Owner on property for any concerns or needs. "

"Second time staying there. 5 minutes from the Cape Cod canal. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, arcade, volleyball court, laundry, continental breakfast, tavern next door, super Stop and Shop across the street just a fun place to come back to after a day exploring the area. Should be rated a five star hotel for the price and the accommodations. "
