"selected hotel because among comparably priced hotels it (1) had free parking and (2) included breakfast. Some of the front desk staff were outstanding. Some were "service with a grunt,? including the evening person who said my extended departure time (noon rather than 11) was in the system but didn't actually record the time. Breakfast was fine. Be aware that there's a "hotel" complex of this hotel and 3 other "comparable" hotels within sight of each other in a relatively unattractive but utilitarian shopping center. Would stay here again. (I was visiting relatives.)"

"Overall, a good stay. Very quiet and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. For me to get a good night’s sleep, pillows are important and often in hotels you can pick from a pillow that feels like a brick, or one that has no stuffing in it at all. I’d rate the bed and pillows 5+. I think hotels should update to solid flooring instead of carpeting. Everything was clean, except the floor… carpet. I always wear socks in a hotel that I can put immediately into my laundry bag. The bottoms were black. Breakfast was typical for a hotel breakfast…. Nothing bad, nothing outstanding."

"We booked in late everybody was great got us in a room helped us relocate in a different room was very nice Jeff shift manager or front desk not sure of his title but if he wasn't a manager he needs to be one help my fiance get the room changed to accommodate what we needed he was very helpful very polite he done an excellent job very very happy with his service"
