The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were a few minor maintenance issues regarding our room which were brought up to the staff and addressed.

Staff was friendly on check-in, room was a bit more spacious than I expected. I mainly stayed here for the hot tub. Also appreciate the free breakfast had scrambled eggs and sausage, although not exactly highest quality, but at least it wasn't just all cheap carbs like some places lol

I notice little things when I stay at places. Especially when it is little things that can be easily fixed. The first thing I noticed was my bed.....it was made, but looked like a 2nd grader made it. The plumbing behind the toilet was all rusty and the toilet ran NON-STOP. The room was clean, but definately could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. The staff was great & very friendly.

The room was clean, though felt damp and smelled of strong cleaning products. I woke up the next morning with filled sinuses. I booked the hotel for the hot tub and the complimentary breakfast. When I got there, I learned that the hot tub was not functioning, and breakfast did not start until 7 am on a Saturday. I had to be out on the road by 6:30. Two remotes for the television in the room meant I had to contact the front desk to have someone show me how to work it. I found a channel and kept it there. National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation is a great choice no matter the time of year. The next morning, the staff member in charge of breakfast was extremely helpful. She handled my early request well, and I got on the road in time. The bed was very comfortable. The stay was okay. I think it is an older hotel that needs some refurbishing (new carpet, for example, in the rooms), and I get so tired of hearing that pools and hot tubs are closed when you get there. I think there should be a way for staff to update their site when these things happen. Again, to be clear, the staff were great! Helped me with every need, and I know I was super tired from the road when I got there. The place just could use some updating.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. For me this was just a one night stop on my way home so I went with a cheaper option. The room was very nice, very clean, the lobby and hallways were clean and smelled good. My only knock or negative was at the time of my stay (March 2025) the hot tub pump was broken (inoperable), and the pool was not being heated so it was ice cube cold, but it was clean.

Not what I thought it would be.

Check in was nice. The desk clerk was friendly. However the halls had a bad smell going to the room. The room was not clean! There was so much long dark hair in the bathroom there is no way that it was cleaned properly. The hair continued on into the bed spread and that looked like it had not been washed in a long time. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. I had to go get bathroom towels, bath matt.
