"Absolutely beautiful property. The apartment has a contemporary design, very nice, on the harbor, not the ocean/ beach. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching boats arrive and leave. Simon was helpful and personable. The only negative is I didn't receive arrival information until after we arrived but we located Simon and all was good. Thanks for the great restaurant information. The Pub was excellent!"

"I was quite frustrated when I arrived as the photo of the pool gave the impression it was close to the sea and there was no mention of the hill you had to climb, I am diabetic and have a hip replacement but even my sons who are fit and in their 20’s struggled to walk up the hill, obviously the heat didn’t help. We therefore walked down but taxied back which was inconvenient as there were only a few and costly. If I had known I would not a have booked or at least been prepared! The apartment...

"Very comfortable, clean, incredibly easy to communicate with. Drop and pick up staff was very helpful, and informative and super prompt. Water pressure in shower was awesome, bed and pillows was my loss of one star. Flat pillows. Over 4.9 stars. Loved everything. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Cooinda Gardens from 1st April until 6th April 2024. We travelled to Hamilton Island for my daughters Wedding which was on the 4th April. The views from the balcony were stunning as was my daughter's wedding pictures that were taken in the house and on the balcony. It was very clean, loads of room especially for large families like ours, Netflix was great for the rainy friday we all spent at home, bright and airy and just that nice distance away from the hustle...

"The apartment was fantastic but we thought there were a few things that may need to be looked at like the bbq didn’t have any gas in the gas bottle, the sliding door on the bedroom wouldn’t lock, the foldable clothing line had better days. Apart from that we had an amazing time and would recommend it to everyone."

"We stayed at this alert ent before ,however it is starting to look tied Although the kitchen has everything The knives are not great and cutlery aged As is the worn worktop and old toaster . The tv and air con are great but the leather sofa has no support in the seating and feels like your falling through it . Not sure we would book this apartment again unless it’s revamped . The rental managers were great and supplied extra towels and shampoo ."
