The contemporary fitted ‘L''-shaped kitchen unit is sleek and well-organised with glossy white cabinets. In the centre of the space is a dining table with six chairs. Looking out through dual-aspect patio doors is a comfortable ‘L''-shaped sofa which sits beside a sophisticated floor lamp. Along the hallway is a family bathroom and two bedrooms - a king-size with a Smart TV and an en-suite plus a twin zip-and-link bedroom. Outside is a glass-fronted balcony with furniture.
Make use of the onsite sauna, swimming pool, gym and games room - which are shared with neighbouring properties. Explore the village of Woolacombe and stop at the local cafes, restaurants and shops. Spend a day on the sheltered Barricane Beach (400 metres) or the vast golden expanse of Woolacombe Beach (0.5 miles). From here, you can walk to Putsborough Beach (2.5 miles) and continue along the coastal path to the scenic National Trust Baggy Point (4 miles). Visit the historic town of Ilfracombe (6 miles) and the Victorian Watermouth Castle (9 miles).
