The village centre is right next to the glorious three mile stretch of golden sandy beach and provides a great selection of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The postcode is EX34 7DG. Leave the M5 at Junction 27 (Tiverton turn off) and follow the A361 towards Barnstaple and Braunton. After passing through Braunton proceed for a further 6 miles to Mullacott Cross roundabout. Turn left on to the B3343 and follow signs to Woolacombe. Continue down the hill towards the sea front. As you go down the hill you’ll pass the church on your right, and shortly after, a large apartment complex called “Bryon”. Take the first turning on your right immediately after the Byron complex into Sandy Lane and then your first left onto Sunnyside Road. Drive all the way along Sunnyside road and driveway for Seascape will be on the right just before the T-Junction.
