"The room was pretty dirty and didn’t feel like it had much of a clean before we arrived. The shower was terrible, no water pressure if someone has had a shower before you, no space if you’re moderately tall, and no space width wise either. They didn’t provide enough soap/shower gel for more than 1 day for 2 people. The room was quite cold and we couldn’t figure out the heating. "Very comfortable hotel. Really fantastic and friendly service. Couple of issues with my son's room which they dealt with immediately and moved him to another room. But the piece de resistance is the amazing Roman spa which guests can use in the morning and evening for 2 hours. Several different pools of different temperatures plus sauna and steam room. And of course a gym and treatment rooms available all day. Delicious family dinner in the restaurant - really excellent food. Would happily go back."
