Charming home on Montsweag Bay.
- Woolwich ranch style home with wrap around deck is located on a beautiful quiet dead-end street minutes from Bath and Wiscasset. Two and a half acres with 350 feet of tidal bay frontage on Montsweag Bay. Large deck partially screened. Spacious, comfortable accommodations, tastefully furnished. Bring your kayak or canoe (canoe and kayak rentals are 5 minutes away and they deliver and pick up), high tide is approximately 8 feet deep. Exceptional views. Well behaved pets allowed. No smoking permitted. Perfect for a family vacation. The main part of the house is a 3 bedroom ranch with an attached 2 bedroom apartment. There is an additional charge of $50 per night for the use of the apartment. *The house is also available for long term off season rental.
