"We had a great stay at the Conway Courtyard. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly. This is a new property and everything was in excellent condition and pristine. We had a suite and it was huge! Very close to restaurants and shopping and about a 7 minute drive to UCA campus. Highly recommended and will stay here again! The only downside is breakfast is not included, but there is a Starbucks bistro in the lobby and also a Starbucks about a minute away. Great area and...

"None of the room that I selected when made the reservation wasn’t available at check-in. The property is old and needs updates. I always check for bedbugs in every room. Luckily I didn’t find bedbugs, but I did find dead bugs behind the mattress. There’s old water stains in the tub and around the grout lines. "The hotel was clean, which is why I gave two stars. The hotel is outdated; the small fridge did not get really cold; the coffee pod was the wrong kind for the tiny machine. A bar of soap was the amenity. The mattress was so soft, it barely allowed for turns in the bed. The coffee in the lobby looked like tea; no milk for the two cereal options; in short, how they can claim to provide breakfast is a mystery to me. The pool was gutted and awful to look at.
