"We booked this residence but the Host and Stay company who look after it said it was having maintenance done 4 days before our stay and we were moved to another property. This property was smaller, only 2 double rooms and a single room with a double bed against the wall, just one bathroom, only 4 dining chairs, a 3 seater sofa so we couldn't sit together. It was also further away from the town. Host and Stay initially said we couldn't have a refund on the difference in price from the property we...

"Lovely room, well situated in a vibrant area, decent shower, tea/coffee in the room. We were in room 15 overlooking the garden of the cocktail bar downstairs, with the window close we could not hear any noise, the soundproofing was great. A lot of effort has gone into the rooms if they are all this good. There is a lighting problem in the communal area as you come down the stairs but we have torches on our phones so it wasn't an issue. We'd happily stay here again."

"Good location close to the centre of Worcester. Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. "

"This property is exceptional, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, safe room, water provided every day, lovely staff, great food, we had beautiful breakfasts every morning of our 4 nights stay & dined in the restaurant 1 night, we had a room with a lovely view of the Severn, my only gripe is that the rooms are very warm, a fan was provided which helped a bit. "
