Overall, the room was good, clean and comfortable so no qualms there although some more mugs or cups for water, spoons etc would be nice. The carpet up to the bathroom was dirty but the bathroom was modern and clean. The cooking smell from downstairs was very offputting but overall a decent stay and in a perfect location.👌

Lovely room. Very big and nice with SKY glass tv 65 inch. Had a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms which i didnt realise. This was a pain. Good location though.

Poor access to rooms. Very hot room even with windows open. Noisy. Small bed. Broken toilet seat. No TV connection or WiFi It was that bad didn't even spend the night there had to find alternative. Over priced.

Checked in, no room upgrade needed as provided, wifi didn’t work, neither did the TV and there were no towels in the room. Given access to another room (eventually), but very poor hotel. Would not recommend.

AVOID ST ALL COSTS Property is not fit for stay. Broken kids bunk beds, half eaten food in drawers and cupboards, broken sofa, sharp broken chair - especially if you are a family do not book this glorified hostel. There is nothing boutique about this place. We were here for no more than 10 mins and my child ended up with a bump to the head and bruised back from the bunk bed and chair .

Comms about the checkin was not clear - so was hard work No soap in the room - hard to get resolved Wifi and hence TV not working - did not try to get solved - had been enough effort to that point Room decor was modern and new

Worst ever I had to find alternative accommodation! No staff, no help, no lights, no privacy , complete room on a slope, bathroom ridiculous small, too noisy , completely inadequate and way over priced . I really would like a full refund
