"The house was really nice. Had a little trouble getting info about check in. The location was nice, but there was ALOT of mosquitoes etc. In the back yard and the bathroom downstairs leaked around the light when someone upstairs took a shower. I called the landlord and he said he knew it."

"This is just what we needed to relax and enjoy what we love doing, fishing . The king size bed was comfortable and so were the chairs and couches. The porch swing was relaxing and the humming birds greeted us when we were swinging. Seen deer, turkey, humming birds, many fish, and musk rats on the river. Thank you for your hospitality Jeff! We will be back again."

"We had a wonderful time staying here. We picked it for our annual Float trip. We had 6 in a family and had plenty of room for us all. My wife has already said she would stay here again. We loved the remoteness of the property and the rustic farm views. The Mennonite grocery 1/2 mile away is awesome and their prices are even better.Our host was great and quick to respond to our questions. The house was very clean and presentable."

"Space felt professionally clean, and was very welcoming! Everyone in our group was very impressed with this home to stay at for a close fun family friendly float trip. There were nice and easy clear directions on the kitchen table for checking in and out. Tips: the 2nd door is the one you access on the trailer to come in and out of. Took us a second to figure that out."

"Perfect for our family of 7 and our dog. Shower was broken when we first arrived but was fixed by the next morning. Host was very responsive. Very quiet. No wifi when we stayed which was disappointing but we survived.Kitchen was well stocked and the open floor plan was fun for all. Great fire pit. Be careful of the ticks in the woods nearby. One of our family members contracted Tularemia from a tick bite while there."

"Our family LOVED this property! Host was extremely responsive and helpful. The property was very clean. We absolutely enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fishing pond, kayaks, game tables, lounging areas, blackstone and smoker. Perfect for our group of 20 adults. We had 4 adults and 3 littles who didn’t get to make it but there was plenty of room for them had they been there. Lots of spaces to spread out and everyone be comfortable. We found the WiFi to be spotty. The kitchen could stand to have a bigger trashcan. Only real downside was accessibility for mobility challenged parents. The master bath didn’t have any grab bars, low toilet with no bars, and lots of steps. We managed just fine but just a heads up if that’s a concern for your group. Overall 10/10!!! All the(adult)nieces and nephews said they would absolutely return to this place again! High praise for a beautiful piece of property! Wonderful place!"
