"Breakfast was not good, tables were not clean, twice messed up the in room service for something as simple as Chai, over all the property was very dated and didn’t look clean like a 5 star hotel should look"

"The concept of faceless check-in is good but the property is not very well maintained. Cleanliness could be much better and in spite of requesting for the room to be cleaned the second day it wasn’t when I came back late evening. Suitable for those where privacy trumps all other considerations. "
