"Good location, in a quiet neighbourhood but close enough to shops, restaurants and the train station. Staff are great, friendly and helpful. Level of spoken English is also very good."

"Check in was self service and difficult- 2 rooms with one email not allowed even though they took a payment from me. No air conditioning, door to outside alley not safe to leave open to sleep.
