"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was perfect. It is an easy walk through the pedestrian free zone. The location is perfect. The bus stop is just a block away. The lake is two blocks away. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast room was large and very pleasant. The food was abundant and offered many choices. The check in was easy and the front desk people were very friendly and offered many suggestions regarding activities and sights to see. I...

Just had one encounter with one staff who gave me a hard time a day after we checked in questioning me about all 3 reservations I made which I already detailed in an email to them prior to our arrival. Dass Hotel top und Essen fein ist, muss gar nicht mehr erwähnt werden ;) Danke auch dann Hermann den Saunameister, der mich hier das erste Mal beim Eisbaden im See, der sich direkt beim Hotel befindet nach der Sauna begleitet hat!"
