"Avoid this host. Daniella refused to let us check in on arrival, claiming our ID photo quality wasn’t good enough — something never mentioned in the booking terms or beforehand. We were left without accommodation during our holiday in Brighton with no warning and no alternative offered. She promised a full refund on the spot. That refund has still not arrived. Wasted time, ruined part of our holiday, and still chasing money back. Stay well clear."
