"Very clean and quiet BUT to pay extra for a pool for your children was a problem. When entering the Hotel you’re overwhelmed with chlorine right in the lobby. Your eyes burned and it made your throat scratchy. Once we went to the pool it was even more overwhelming and almost impossible to swim … we had to prop a towel inside the pool door and very nice sitting area for a breather. We had to call 2 times to get the TV to work and once they came and we started to get the girls calmed down for a...

"I stay here whenever in Kirksville. It’s a good hotel and I especially like the Costa Coffee in the lobby. I think, however, the breakfast needs some help. Both times we went for breakfast - first time late, around 9:10am and the second time early, around 7:45am - the eggs had burnt bits and the oatmeal was like paste. Also, the toaster was anemic. I tried to toast an English muffin and three times pushing it down produced no color and little warmth. The butter didn’t even melt."

"Room was clean and tidy. Staff was very helpful i need a second room and was able to accommodate me with one. Breakfast had a variety of food to choose from. Parking was good and driveway was in good condition. Would have liked to have had something to put my clothes in or on other than the bed or a chair."

"There were spiders everywhere. The room smelt like mold. Drains didn't work in the sink or tub. I will not go back ever."
