ABOUT THIS SPACE
Step inside and exposed wood beams rise to a cathedral peak, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the main floor with forest light, and a sliding glass door frames Lake Aspen from your living room. The large sectional sofa and smart TV anchor the living area. The full kitchen has everything for a long-weekend feast: stainless range, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and a full set of cookware.
Sleeping arrangements for up to 11 guests:
• Main-floor master — 1 king + 1 twin, sliding glass door to deck, exposed beam ceiling
• 3-season sunroom off the master — screened windows, wicker seating, a quiet reading perch
• Second-floor bedroom — queen + 2 twin beds under the steep A-frame roofline, full bath
• Sleeping loft — additional space above the main floor
• Living room flex — sofa bed + 1 single + 1 floor mattress

GUEST ACCESS
Check-in is self-guided via keypad — access code provided about 3pm on arrival day. Guests have full access to the entire home, deck, hot tub, dock, and all water equipment. The resort amenity pass grants access to all Innsbrook shared facilities. Life vests are provided. Pet-friendly — please add your pet(s) to the guest count [pet fee applies].
PARKING
Free parking is available on the property. Resort roads are accessible by standard vehicles. Parking passes for gate access are provided upon arrival at the entrance gate attendant. Space for multiple vehicles for larger groups. Please park in the designated driveway only.
