Not sure what the relationship was to the property but they claimed to have permission and were there both days. Multiple people in the shower at the same time in the middle of the day Communicated this with the host and the answer was nebulous at best . "We were in town for our nieces college graduation at UNCW and found the stay perfect for what we needed. Clean, well equipped, and centrally located and coming with a parking space is clutch. Bed is just a Murphy bed - but it was comfortable. If you are a couple and a house is more than you need, this unit should work great for you. "
