"I booked the apartment room for one night. I was traveling by myself and had a long journey that day. Upon arrival, the host told me that there had been a 'mistake' and that she had given the room away to other guests. She showed me my booking that she had printed out with BIG BLACK BOLD letters across the top confirming the room my type. So I am unsure how such an 'error' may have occurred. "Die Unterkunft ist eine traumhaft schöne Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht! Die Lage ist total schön, ruhig, Wyk ist mit dem Rad gleich zu erreichen, alles bestens! Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder! Was noch ein großes plus wäre, wäre Insektenschutz an den Fenstern, damit man diese mal richtig öffnen kann, ohne das man gleich viele große Spinnen im Zimmer hat! Leider fehlte die Kommunikation was Schlüsselübergabe, Fahrradabstellplatz etc. betrifft, hier hätten wir uns etwas mehr erwartet!"
