Big room with a nice and clean bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. I felt safe and it was quiet. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Hotel Ibis is located within walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend staying in this Ibis hotel.

The hotel is new and modern, only a short walk from the bus and train stations. Just across the road is a tram number 2m which takes you to the National Museum. There is also a number 9 tram that takes you to the zoo. I found the room a little hot and the windows did not open. IBIS breakfast is available from 6 am at a cost of 67 zloties which is very expensive for a Polish hotel. The staff were generally nice, except for one of the male reception desk workers by the name of Konrad!

Good choice for a hotel in Wrocław

Nice hotel. There was an issue on arriving to my room. The AC worked, but no lights worked. I returned to the lobby and they wanted to send up maintenance. I suggested a different room because I didn't want to deal with maintenance. They changed my room and the new one was fine. Breakfast was very complete. Staff were friendly.

Good stay.

Very clean, spaciuos and quiet room. Tea and sugar available in the room. Very friendly reception staff. Quick and easy check in and check out. The only cons - bathroom door couldnt shut properly and one of the beds was squeeky.
