A very tired and depressed building in an inconvenient location. Rooms inside are well done up but the hotel feels terribly dated with a very basic mock-up. We found the staff to be fairly cold, too. We have stayed in the other Wrocław Novotel and found that one to be super. This one felt cold and lonely - unwelcoming. Sadly we won’t return!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft im schönen Wroclaw!

Martyna var 👌

Vår tanke var mest att stanna till utanför Wroclaw på vår resa mot Kiel. Men när vi väl kom fram till hotellet blev vi mycket positivt överraskade. Det fanns gott om lekytor både inne å ute för barnen vilket alltid är ett plus. När barnen hade somnat så gick jag å sambon ner till restaurangen och åt en alldeles utmärkt måltid. Värt å nämna under hela vår vistelse var den underbara servicen vi fick utav Martyna, både i baren och sedan som servitris under middagen, hon var utomordentligt bra och gav oss mer service än man som gäst/kund kan önska sig. Boendet var generellt över förväntan och Martyna i bar/restaurang var 5 ☆. Där stannar vi gärna igen.
