For shared use: garden 3'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular heated (3 x 7 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 30.May. - 30.Sep.). In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 30 m, railway station 4 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 1 km. On request: airport transfer to the holiday accommodation. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The pool has countercurrent.
3-room apartment 72 m2, on the ground floor. Fully renovated in 2015, practical and comfortable furnishings: entrance hall. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine, steamer). Shower/WC. Terrace 20 m2. Balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced) at the house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. You can use the sauna in the garden - for max 4 people - cost 120 PLN for 2 hours. NOTE: fireplace (Swedish stove) for use only after consultation with the owner.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Das Appartement ist groß, sauber, ruhig und hatte alles, was wir benötigt haben. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Bushaltestelle war direkt vor der Haustür, so dass wir schnell in die Innenstadt kamen. Einige Geschäft und Restaurants waren fußläufig erreichbar. Breslau ist eine tolle Stadt. Wir würden dieses Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank!

bytová jednotka se nachází na úrovni chodníku takže přístup je opravdu bezbarierový, s vozíkem jsme se dostaly dovntř, vybavení je na velmi dobré úrovni, zahrada je super je posekaná a čistá dlouhá je že jí ani házedlem nepřehodíš, náš pes si pěkně zaběhal, bazén je čistý a měl 24c. Nám se nejvíce líbila zoo sice vstup pro dvě osoby byl 770Kč ale stálo to zato nelepší je do zoo dorazit na 9hod ráno a nejdříve jít do mořského akvária protože pak tam byla obrovská fronta která měla cca 200metrů

Schöne saubere Ferienwohnung. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen, einem Kind und Hund da. Tolles Grundstück mit sauberem Pool. Unser Hund war gerne gesehen und konnte den ganzen Tag mit in den Garten. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

I had a lot of fun here with my girlfriend and wouldn’t have minded staying longer! The price was fair and it was at the perfect location just outside of the busy city. I wish I had known we were getting just one unit and not the whole house, I didn’t realize it was multi-unit. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere and I just didn’t see. There was still lots of space either way and the people in the other unit weren’t very noisy. We had the unit in the back near the pool. Very clean and cozy!

die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum war gewünscht. die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. leider waren vor unserem Aufenthalt Haustiere in der Wohnung (sind ja grundsätzlich erlaubt). Auf Sitzmöbeln und Kissen befanden sich noch Tierhaare, was für einen mitgereisten Allergiker den Komfort eingeschränkt hat.

We very much loved our stay here. We combined relaxing at the pool (during the warm hours of the day) with making trips to see Wroclaw, and a one day trip into the mountains. It's a well maintained apartment and is fully equipped. Kitchen has all you need and shops/supermarkets are nearby. Restaurants within 10 min drive. Very clean and excellent beds. Beautiful garden with a lot of space and privacy. Apples and plumes on the trees. Brilliant clean swimming pool for private use. From the apartment its an easy road to go into Wroclow center by either car or public transport (bus station within 50 mtrs). And on top of all this, the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Sehr sauber und Gastfreundlich.Wunderbare Gastgeber.Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde wohlgefühlt.Der Garten mit Pool bietet Entspannung.Anbindung in die Stadt Perfekt mit dem Bus.Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. schöner und großzügig angelegter Garten (ideal für Hund), gut eingerichtete Wohnung, Betten schlafen sich prima, Hausbesitzer sehr nett. Einziger Manko das Grundstück liegt ziemlich dich an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. (liegt vlt. auch daran dass z.Z. viele Straßen erneuert, oder gebaut werden - nicht nur in Breslau

Ca. 12 Autominuten bis ins Stadtzentrum und trotzdem morgens ein Reh am Zaun. Also zentral und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und mehrsprachige Vermieter. Eine perfekt saubere, gemütliche Wohnung für 4 Personen. Ein reibungsloser und gut informierender Buchungsablauf über Interhome. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen, wenn wir diese wunderschnöne Stadt nochmals besuchen.
