"The hotel room smelled like clean laundry when I checked in, but after a couple of days the bathroom in particular began to stink. The bedsheets seemed clean, but the carpet was stained. There were a lot of cracks in the plaster walls and ceiling, wallpaper coming off, and several cracked tiles in the bathroom. The toilet seat was installed wonkily and there was something sticky on the handle of the hairdryer, which itself didn't work. My male colleague got a knock on his bedroom door at 11:30....

"Experience was amazing. Went into this trip with fairly high expectations due to the brand name but came out of it having all expectations exceeded. Reception staff were extremely efficient and friendly during check in. The room was massive and had a great view onto the boulevard in front of the hotel. The room was very well furnished and had intuitive smart controls which made it very easy to navigate and use during the stay. The hotel is located very close to the metro station with easy access into the city and the airport. "
