"very friendly cleaning staff who helped us to facilitate an earlier arrival at the hotel -contacted the hotel owner on our behalf as we were unable to as well as let us drop off our luggage earlier and explained the check in/check out details for us. place was really clean and overall a great experience. only downside will be the slightly old toilet but otherwise it’s really good ! basic amenities - shampoo, body wash, towels, toiletries and hair dryer provided 👍👍"

"Fun property for my family and I. Parking is included, and the in-room hotspring tap is neat. My child loved climbing up/down the stairs, and it's a short walk to the night market. Many of the room units are apartments, and the manager's office is across the street. Not much of an inconvenience though. I liked this place."

"【優點】礁溪湯圍溝公園這一帶的溫泉旅宿競爭激烈，比起其他家，偶浴比較突出的優點是有附免費停車場。 【缺點】房間的格局有點奇怪，只有一個窄窄的區域可以坐下來看電視，客廳的化妝鏡另有隔層，所以擦保養品時還要彎腰閃隔板；最後一點是希望工作人員離開櫃檯時可以隨身攜帶手機，避免住客抵達後被關在門外，打電話也無人接聽。"

Hotel exterior was a little old and dirty, and to check into the hotel it would also be in a separate block which was confusing at first. Might have difficulty contacting the owner via whatsapp so Line would be encouraged so prob contact property at least 2-3days in advance would be better. Need to climb some stairs so travel light.
