"overall fruits were changed daily but some items were repeated during our 6 day stay They allowed me to store my luggage there a week earlier as I did not want to take it with me when travelling to other parts of the country My husband found the room light too dim so they brought a reading lamp to our room and also showed us access to English channels on tv, I mentioned in passing I slipped and fell on the incline leading to the hotel on a rainy day and the next day they installed non skid strips and thanked me for bringing it to there attentionBoth Victor and Raymond were very helpful and welcoming and I would highly recommend this hotel both for its hospitality and cleanliness"

"The room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable, the room and hotel were spotless. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. We had a club room on the 19th floor and the lounge staff and experience for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails in the evening truly made our stay very comfortable. The location in Zhongshan was perfect for dept store shopping as well as shopping along the quaint lanes of Chi Feng St and Zhongshan Road."

"The service was just fantastic and the girls that check me in, sorry dint get her name, just went all out to make everything just perfect even got me a room for 11 am instead of 4 pm went it supposed to check inn after a overnight flight, the room perfect the location perfent, will stay their again. "Room size is good n hotel provides washers and dryers for laundry which is very convenient for those who need it. Location is also very convenient where you have plentiful of choices for food and shopping. Train station is just 5 min walk away "

"My stay was very comfortable, the room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to Taipei Main Station via the underground passage, making it very convenient to get around.The only minor point is that my room didn’t have a window, so I couldn’t tell the weather outside. Overall, still a great and pleasant stay."
