Zugangscode verspätet, Betten nicht bezogen.
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, habe diese Fewo am 19.02.2024 gebucht und bezahlt für den Aufenthalt in Würzburg vom 01.04.2024 bis 03.04.2024 in 2 DZ für 3 Erwachsene. Der Zugangscode sollte am 29.03.2024 zugestellt werden. Dies ist erst am 01.04.2024 nachmittags per email erfolgt und ganz witzig nochmals am 02.04.2024 per email. Es ist ein blödes Gefühl anzureisen, mit dem Gedanken keine Übernachtung zu haben. Es geht noch schlechter: die Betten im zweiten Zimmer waren nicht bezogen. Cash sofort und Ihre Leistung war unterirdisch. Ich behalte mir rechtliche Schritte vor. Mit freundlichen Grüßen aus Pegnitz Christian Länger
