"I had read mixed reviews on this hotel so was a bit worried. Sofia checked us in and was very friendly and helpful about which tram to get into Zurich. The room was very clean and seemed as it had maybe been upgraded. Seemed very new. Coop 2 min walk away and tram stop right outside."

"I was originally skeptical about staying in a capsule for the night, but it was actually really nice. Check in is done on a tablet, and there's always a host to help in case anything goes wrong. The Capsule is decently spacious; I was even able to hold my suitcase and 2 bags in there and still have enough space for myself to comfortably sleep. The loudest it ever got was people opening and closing the door to the room with the capsules. The showers and bathrooms are also really nice. "

"The hotel is very nice when you enter and the room was pleasant too. I liked the fact that we had a kettle in our room and the reception staff were happy to provide English Breakfast teabags for me to use in the room. We also got a dressing gown and slippers which we were able to use to go down to the pool in. The pool and sundeck was an added bonus for our stay. It was nice to have a swim and then relax after a busy day out and about. The location was easy to get to via tram from the station, just needed to take number 3. The stadium is only a couple of minutes walk which was also helpful. There was also a fridge in the room, which again was another bonus. We didn't have breakfast (as it was quite expensive) so can't comment on the restaurant facilities but apart from that, great hotel, great reception area to sit and nice comfortable beds. Quite, dark rooms, great!"

"This is a really amazing hotel. Very clean and modern. The bathroom is fantastic and spacious. Shower is big and water pressure and warmth is great. Only downside is the room lighting, there is no main light. Location is great only a couple minutes walk to the nearest tram stop - that takes you both into the centre of Zurich one way and the airport the other way. Staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay here! "
