Everything was great but the fridge was pretty loud so we I plugged it at night.

This place was perfect for our romantic getaway!! We’re already looking at dates to return. Communication was excellent. They called when we were running late to give us checkin instructions. They also called us to let us know the jets in the jacuzzi tub were not working and they couldn’t get the repairman out until Monday. They offered to switch rooms or a discount. Very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is far better and more diverse than most. Quiet, non smoking and no pets, just the way we like it.

Not a large selection of much of anything close by but that’s because the whole resort is sort of at the end of a peninsula. Had to drive 25 miles into town to get a phone cord, but I expected that. The facility is fabulous and the golf course is amazing!!! Just bring everything you need and you’ll be awe inspired.

Enjoyed my stay room was clean, no bed bugs here I checked I'm an Entomologist. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning is Very Cold. When I return to the area I will check with them first.

Only stayed one night as it was a family funeral. Hotel was close to town but away from all the noise. Room was immaculate and up to date. Staff was very friendly, kind and polite. The free breakfast bar was good and well stocked to serv yourself. Would stay again if I am ever in the area.

Room was acceptable and clean. We had one issue that was quite frustrating. The room was very cold. The wall thermostat did not seem to have any interaction with the room heat/AC unit. We alternated between having the AC on and just having the air circulation on. We couldn't set the temperature in the room to a comfortable level.

We have spent several nights at this property, and the rooms and staff are great. But.... They charge $3.00 to park in their parking lot, or even if you park in the parking lot of the restaurant next door. Everyone who stays here drives here, I mean its next to I-44, and Joplin only has two incoming flights a day which only hold 50 Passengers each. Do the right thing and drop that petty charge that detracts from this nice property.
