First floor: Bedroom 1 with a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with a single bed (1.40 m x 2 m) and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with a single bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. Natural-light bathroom with a shower and toilet. A staircase in the hallway leads to the attic, where luggage can be stored. The basement features a sauna, a bathtub, an additional shower, and a washer and dryer available for free use.
The kitchen is very well-equipped, with a large refrigerator and freezer. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. 1 TV (the living room TV is a Smart TV).
A parking space is available, and there is bike storage at the house. Great jogging trails start right from the house; an indoor tennis court and a golf course are nearby. The South Beach is just a short walk away. The spa center, wave pool, and East Beach are about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride away; there’s a bakery nearby. A small granny flat in the basement with its own entrance is occasionally used by the owner.
