"Rooms looked tired and in need of some attention. Walls had paint missing, bathroom fixtures were rusty. Toilet didn't flush properly so water was running all night."

"OK. I want to give a better review than I am giving, but I just cant. The place is run down - it was clean, but very tired. Mattresses were the real cheap - old spring type and we could feel every spring. The main bedroom - I couldn't use because there was no power near the beds, so I had to sleep in a single bed to be near a power point. "The property is certainly value for money. We have stayed on several occasions and find even though the decor is outdated in the Olive Grove rooms the rooms are very spacious and have a relaxed outlook. The bathrooms are large as well. There is convenient parking in front of the rooms too. The staff are friendly and we would recommend a stay. You can't beat the price in Pokolbin!"
