Wynnedale Vacations

"I was put in one room to begin with. I had already unpacked all of our things. A few hrs later I noticed the toilet was leaking from the tank so I alerted the front desk who then sent maintenance. From there I had to pack up all our things and move to a different room. Once walking into the new room, it smelled AWFUL! I alerted the front desk and they sent maintenance who brought a plug in air freshener. Rooms weren’t super clean obviously. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything happening...

"The first room assigned smelled like a wet dog. We were moved down the hall and it smelled better but noticed the carpet felt wet. Desk clerk admitted they'd been having issues with the first floor rooms.... Housekeeping was extremely noisy in the halls with slamming doors and loud voices. Breakfast- yogurt cups were just a bowl without ice and was warm. Scones were good. Coffee was not hot, just warm. Not a top Hilton property!!!"

"The staff were friendly and attentive. The main lobby was spacious and was fairly clean. Now on to the main event. The rooms, they were fairly nice. Very clean and had decent room to spread out. Now if your in need of internet for work or pleasure don't bother. The internet could barely load anything at all. The breakfast was about normal for a continental style but tables were always dirty. The pool and hot tub were nice but there were never any towels in the area and we always had to go to the...
