"The room was perfect—door to deck with a gorgeous view of the river. Clean room, staff was very accommodating. It’s clear how much has gone into preserving its character."

"It’s not for family, really small rooms , very bad beds , had a back pain next morning, lint two towels per room ,over all I don’t recommend this place not worth what we paid for it ."

"Honestly, you're better off camping. I think $40 per night would be fair for this motel. It's quiet and location is good, but run down and not well maintained."

"Location is close by to popular spots like Watch Hill and Mystic Beach. The cost is a lot cheaper compared to others in the area. Overall, a perfect stay for two people needing somewhere to spend the night while exploring RI and CT for a good price."

"Room was a good size, bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was very nice. Close to every where we wanted to be. Quiet and a good price for what we got. Some housekeeping adjustments could be made but, not terrible and we would stay here again."

"Loved the pool and hot tub as well as the guest washer and dryer. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Only complaints- weird smell throughout the hotel and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion for 3 guests in room. No body wash- just tiny bar soaps."
