"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "The Hotel was excellently placed, near to where I needed to be later in the evening Very friendly greetings at the reception. My booking was handled quickly and efficiently. My room was clean and tidy, comfortable bed, good bathroom, TV and charging points. My own personal frustration was with the fact that the room had no tea/coffee making facilities. This seems to be going from a lot of hotels. That is a pity, it makes the room more homely and comforting to me. Apart from that, I had a very enjoyable overnight stay. Thank you."
