"No doubt that the property is beautiful. I gave it a low rating for a very unpleasant check-in experience. We booked a family bungalow of three bedrooms with Expedia months ahead of the trip. I even sent a request to confirm our booking. We arrived at 5pm. The front desk staff working alone looked confused with my booking. Turned out that they sold our 3bedrooms bungalow to another group.
