We had a wonderful stay. Stated for four days and three nights, which was the perfect amount of time to explore and relax. The resort has a restaurant that serves delicious food, and you can always order food to your room. They also offer plenty of activities you can take part in. They have different promotions also, depending on the season. The deluxe room we had had a jacuzzi, which was really nice (only complaint is it did not stay hot enough). Everything! Better than expected for the price! Buffet breakfast was excellent, so was my spacious room overlooking the mountains. The staff was second to none and the rooftop bar was the best, especially at around 5.30pm when you have full view of the hot air balloons by the mountains and also above the hotel - that was really cool and inspired me to do a sunset hot air balloon excursion which was awesome. A very nice resort type property located along the river with a great pool, delicious restaurant and very accommodating staff. Generous sized rooms with comfortable beds. Very walkable into town. Nice quiet relaxing place to unwind. Among the better choices in Vang Vieng

A little distance from the town made it very quiet

All the staffs are super friendly and nice. Everything is super clean and smell fresh. The food at the hotel restaurant is really good and reasonably price. The location of the hotel at the riverside is perfect. We will definitely be staying longer when we return to Vang Vieng, Laos next time. The only complain I have is, the tall trees at the swimming pool blocks the view of sun set from our room.

Decent place to rest for a fair price.

The emphasis on great service was noted from the second we arrived and throughout the entire stay.

The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. The staff were helpful, nice, and professional. The activities I participated in were all at a walking distance.

The managers, Alex and his wife, and the staff do an excellent job! They are very helpful with anything you need!! The hotel is very clean. I loved my room, quiet and a very comfortable bed. The area around the hotel is very interesting, lots of restaurants and great street food. There is a good gym close by (3 min walk), which I used. I will return for a longer period in May 2023. I will definitely book the Camellia Hotel for my stay!

Great fancy place to stay

Luciana and Caitlin are great social hosts! Very friendly atmosphere with free beer in the evening. I did quiz night and karaoke night!

Everything was just as expected

Location. Was optimal. Could walk to everything. Was really really convenient

We loved staying here so much that we extended our stay for a few extra nights. As budget backpackers, this was perfect. It is very central but not loud at night. The owner is lovely and very accommodating. Rooms are basic but quite spacious. Breakfast is handy- eggs and bread.
