"This is one of our favorite hotels in the area. And the small little things count. All the plants are taken care of, and they are flourishing in the dining room as well as outside of the entire hotel. The food is delicious, in the hotel room rooms are all very clean. While some of the spaces might be not super updated, our whole family prefers, attentiveness, and a good foundation of professionalism and kindness. 100% recommend."

"Understated Beauty! Exceeded All Expectations We had an absolutely amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful, and the location is fantastic. Our room was wonderful, and the water pressure in the shower was great. While there wasn't an AC unit, they provided plenty of fans which kept us very comfortable the whole time. The service was top-notch—the staff was incredibly attentive, and the complimentary pickup and drop-off service went smoothly without a single problem. The only downside is that the website pictures really don't do this place justice! The photos are completely underrated and they should definitely update them because the property is stunning in person. I highly recommend staying here!"

"Perfect stay in Tlaxcala clean room good breakfast and great concierge service all night and front desk Mrs Cecilia WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING this morning she translated for me to the Uber ask me to share my location with her to know that I am safe with my Uber driver. She even took a picture of his license plate. There was confusion about money with my Uber driver along the way and she resolved it. I couldn’t ask for better service. I will definitely be back for another stay because of Cecilia and her staff. DBESS Houston TX"
