Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast with varied choice. 1 minute walk to the Butrint Archeological Park which was convenient. Away from the crowds of Ksamil but a 5 minute drive to the cente of town.

Room very expensive for a faded place. Restaurant good food at v high prices. I am ASSURED their mussels are imported as local no longer farmed. I think locals pay less.

Location of this hotel was exceptional for the Archaeological park. Dinner was good, as was breakfast. Beds sufficiently comfy. Only fault was the bathrooms were pretty small and no shower curtains so hard to keep water in the shower stall.
