The PARQUEMAR I complex consists of a six-storey block (with lift), with a large common area surrounding the swimming pool and tennis court. It has covered parking. Located in the North area on Ribera Street No. 2, just sixty-five metres from the sand, and forty metres from the Camping San Vicente and Lizarrán brewery. Very quiet area, with little traffic, which ensures rest.

Apartment with three bedrooms (all with ceiling fan), one partially renovated full bathroom, toilet-shower, independent kitchen, living room with access to the main terrace (with awning) facing East, fronting the sea, from which there are fabulous panoramic views of the Mediterranean and from which access is gained to the upper terrace. Includes parking space and WIFI service.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bedding change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.

The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
