"We had a truly outstanding experience at this hotel. The staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive to every detail, even to the extent of delivering to us at the airport a phone charging cable we’d accidentally left behind in our room after checking out! It was probably one of the best customer experiences we have ever come across anywhere in the world and far better than the vast majority of five star hotels we have stayed in elsewhere (and we’ve stayed in dozens all over the world)....
