もう少し外国人に上手に対応してくれないとトラブルに遭うケースが生じると思う。特に、エクスペディアのように中国人以外も利用するサイトに掲載しているのだから、中国語以外は受け付けないという対応を改善してほしい。直前になって英語でのやり取りができたが(翻訳アプリかも)、最初から対応してほしかった。エクスペディアにも改善の余地があって、例えば宿の名前一つとっても「The Rose HOUSE」(もちろん中文名は全く別)であり、電話で「グランユ ロージー ハウス リゾート」なんて言っても全く通じなかった。 宿に着いた後はとてもフレンドリーで、滞在してよかったと思わせてくれた。立地やハードは良いので、対応の改善を期待しています。
