Had a great stay here, big thanks to Mr. Deng å°é at the front desk. Super helpful guy, made everything easy. Helped me figure out the metro and pointed me to some awesome local food spots that werenāt just the usual tourist stuff. Felt like chatting with a friend, not just hotel staff. Place was clean and solid overall, but Xiao Deng definitely made the trip better. Cheers man!

Spacious room, invincible cleanliness, and super friendly and accommodating staff. The transportation is not a problem for me either as long as you go to the concierge service in the luxurious lobby, and then they will quickly help you dispatch and Taxi to everywhere in Changsha city. This is a palatial hotel. I love the design very much. Because it's on a skyscraper, the view is superb. It's very convenient for shopping, dinning and transportation. Subway entrance is under the building and a mall is connected. It's highly recommended.
