"First off, the address is wrong. It directs you to JOMO hotel in another town that is not Fenghuang. We got in late at night and had to spend an hour sorting this out with our Taxi driver’s help. The hotel is right next to a nightclub so the music is blasting in your room. Don’t expect to get any sleep because it’s so loud that it almost feels like you are sleeping in a nightclub. This is not a 3.5 star hotel. I’m not sure how it got this rating. This definitely feels like a 1 star motel....

"The place is amazing! So beautiful and the staff is great! The food is farm to table , the food is really good. You can bake your own cookies and we had the best tea experience I have gone to tea houses in Japan and this lady , her tea which she makes herself is one of the best teas I ever tried. And I love tea. I will definitely vibe back if I have the opportunity. Spectacular views of the mountains and sunsets . Also you can walk around . I definitely recommended . "

"Highly recommend this hotel. We will definetely comes back next year. The room were very cute design and comfortable. The hotel owners (Tina and her husband) were super kind and go beyond waiting with us for 2 hours to obtain SIM card, Tina also helped to add WECHAT which is so useful later for our trip. "The accommodation is good for what it offers given the low price and the location. While it is not located in town, it is convenient and fast to get to town or the airport via local taxi or DiDi. "We visited the hotel in off season so we have to expect that it is not up to full operation. I believe we were on two guests in this 900 plus room resort. The assistant manager was so helpful to us with researching things to do and places to eat in the area which made things much easier. The rooms were big and comfortable so no complaints there. I took advantage of the inexpensive in-house massages. Easy to get around using Didi. Would probably stay here again. "
